Given the current outbreak of COVID-19 and the impact the virus is having on our college and university communities and families, we would like to take a moment to share our business continuity plans.
As a strategic managed services partner to higher education, we are honored to partner with over 400 institutions in the United States, providing services that ensure connectivity to more than 1 million students, along with the 24/7 expertise of our network operations center and technical and field support organization.
Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we expect to continue to deliver the same level of service excellence to our customers and have the following measures in place to ensure their success:
Availability of Our Support Teams
Apogee is headquartered in Austin, Texas and has regional offices in Norcross, Georgia and Bear, Delaware, along with local teams in place that serve each and every customer. All employees are trained to work remotely and are equipped to seamlessly connect with colleagues and customers in a secure and productive environment. We are also ensuring our workforce stays safe and healthy by educating everyone on the preventative measures as outlined by the CDC.
Availability of Our Services
Apogee has reviewed and successfully stress-tested our business continuity plan and redundancies between all of our locations to assure continuous service for our clients. We stand ready to help address any requests to help our customers adapt to the changing circumstances and policies that they may have put in place or may be contemplating. We are actively monitoring campus’ communications and guidance so that the Apogee team can match that guidance.
